Prosopagnosia is a condition that affects a person’s ability to recognize faces.
Someone living with prosopagnosia may have difficulty identifying:
- friends
- coworkers
- relatives
- neighbors
- public figures
- or, in more severe cases, even their own face in a mirror or photograph
